People come to therapy for many reasons. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Sometimes the focus is on recent stress or relationship dynamics; other times it’s older patterns of worry, shame, or disconnection that keep showing up. Often it’s a mix. Therapy can be a place to make sense of what’s been happening, understand yourself more fully, and explore what might help.
I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, bringing with them a wide range of experiences and concerns. I welcome people both with and without formal diagnoses, and am comfortable and competent working with those navigating a variety of clinical presentations, including complex and co-occurring ones. If you don’t see your experiences reflected below, feel free to reach out to see whether we might be a good fit.
